Digitalization is no longer optional, but mandatory!
At maintenance in Dortmund, Dr. Alexander Kreyenborg discussed AI and digitalization with a high-caliber panel at the VAIS panel discussion on “Industrial Services of the Future.” His central message: “True digitalization relieves users instead of burdening them further—they already have enough to do! Only with intuitive, well-designed tools can a reliable database be created – the crucial foundation for successfully using AI in service and finally making service measurable.”
